Any information on breed, size, age, gender, and personality would be helpful in matching you with a dog that could work best in your home. Are you able to help provide transportation to vetting, adoption events, or meet and greets with potential adopters? Please list all members living in your home including age, gender, and relationship. Does everyone in your home want to foster a dog? Who will primarily be responsible for the care of the foster dog? What type of home do you live in? Do you rent or own (e.g. single family, apartment, townhome, etc.)? How long have you lived at that residence? Do you allow smoking in your home? If so, how often? Are you familiar with your city ordinances regarding owning pets, or if foster animals pertain to the city ordinance? If you own, who is your homeowner’s insurance provider? Are you familiar with your homeowner’s policy regarding dogs? Does your home owners insurance cover the breed of dog that you are interested in fostering? If you rent or if you are part of an association, are you aware of the dog policy? Are there any number, size, or breed restrictions.
