Are you ready to take flight and fall in love at new heights?! So is Marlon! I'll let him tell you a little bit about himself 🥰 Hi! I'm Marlon ♥️ I am about a year and a half old. They took my manhood, gave me shots and said I am ready to meet my forever love, so here I am! I am a very healthy guy and my foster mom keeps calling me a handsome boy (whatever that means). Oh! I don't have Felv or FIV so that's pretty great. A short while ago I was living outside and wandered up to this really cool place where a human gave me food and water. Then she called someone and I went to another humans place but this time I got to be indoors; and man do I love it! They have the best canned food around, the freshest water and the greatest cat tree I have ever seen. I really love the cat tree! There is a window shelf too, and I spend a lot of time there watching the birds and squirrels outside. I have toys too! The best ones have feathers and bells. When I am feeling frisky, I can play for a long while. At the same time, I do like my down time. Maybe we can "Netflix and snuggle" as the humans say? Oh! I got to meet some other cats too. I made fast friends and enjoyed their company, but foster mom said I am a dominant player and can be kind of rough. She says the best cats for me to live with would be ones around my age that like to play; as I might be too much for an old kitty, and also might hurt a little one on accident. But I truly mean no harm! I just like to play and wrestle! I promise I am a good boy. There is also a dog around here, but I haven't personally met him. I pay him no mind and think that as long as a dog is nice; I could live with them. I just love my life and my favorite time of day is when my foster mom comes to visit. I could lay in her lap all day long! She brings a comb in with her and I love being combed. It feels so good when someone else gets the old fur out and I don't have to lick it myself! I should probably mention too that I like to talk a lot. Especially when my canned food is coming and when meeting new cats and people. I just like to say hello! Anyways, what I am looking for most in a human is companionship. I enjoy my independent moments but I get lonely more than not and would just love someone to cuddle and play with. If you think that you may have a space in your family for me, let my peeps know! They would love to tell you more about me and set up a time for a visit. Saving Tails Animal Rescue (STAR) is a 501(c)3 registered no-kill, non profit animal rescue. All animals are placed in loving foster homes until their forever family finds them. Because there is not a physical shelter location, foster homes are needed to help rescue local animals who are in danger of euthanasia.
