About

Dottie's approximate date of birth is July 5, 2021. She is spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/Felv and she has a registered microchip. Her adoption fee is $350.00 + tax. Dottie is very sweet and has a very loud purr box! She can be shy at first, but once she trusts her human she will become their best friend. She does tend to be a little bit independent, but at the same time enjoys snuggling up in crevices in and around her human. Her favorite place to be at the end of the night is pressed up to her humans neck or on their chest. She is playful, curious and explorative. Her favorite past times include wrestling with her foster siblings, kicking around a spring toy and chasing the laser dot. She was found outside when she was young so she does get scared of loud noises or abrupt movements. Once she is in the same home for a while, she should become more comfortable. She really is a sweet, adorable little girl! She did show initial fear of dogs, but has now turned into curiosity. She does well with cats, respectful kids and adults of all ages. She would be happiest in a home with other kittens or cats. Saving Tails Animal Rescue (STAR) is a 501(c)3 registered no-kill, non profit animal rescue. All animals are placed in loving foster homes until their forever family finds them. Because there is not a physical shelter location, foster homes are needed to help rescue local animals who are in danger of euthanasia. If you would be interested in fostering an animal in need, please complete a foster application at savingtails.org.
